The rules for using the Kanda CX and Untangl websites. Untangl is a Kanda CX company.
These Terms of Use cover the public websites for Kanda CX and Untangl. Untangl is a Kanda CX company. The same terms are published on both sites. If you use either site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the sites.
The sites are operated by Kanda CX LLC.
A customer agreement covers Untangl products and the customer data those products process. That agreement, and the Untangl Trust Center, control that relationship. These website terms do not.
Acceptable use
You may use the sites to read about Kanda CX and Untangl and to contact us about services. You may not:
- Break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights, while using the sites.
- Disrupt the sites, probe them for weaknesses, or overload them.
- Send malware or scripted submissions through the contact form. The hidden website field is a spam trap.
- Impersonate someone else on a form or booking in order to misuse the intake process.
- Copy the sites in bulk, or scrape them in a way that degrades the service, without permission.
- Use the sites to harvest other people’s information.
We may refuse a submission or block access when we believe these rules are being broken.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, logos, and graphics on the sites belong to their owners. The names Kanda CX, Untangl, EngageHQ, FocalPoints.AI, and economiCX are used by their owners. You may not copy the logos or present these sites as your own. You may link to a page.
What you type into the contact form is not confidential. We may use it to answer you and to consider the work you described. Do not send trade secrets or other people’s personal data through the form. See the Privacy Policy for how form information is handled.
No warranty
The sites are provided as they are and as available. We do not warrant that the pages are complete, current, or free of errors, or that the sites will always be available. The content is general information. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice, and it is not a promise to do work until we agree in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operators of these websites are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the sites or from a third-party site you reach from them. Some places do not allow those limits. Where that is so, the limit applies only as far as the law allows. Venue is part of the governing-law item below.
Third-party links
The sites link to other properties, including the other brand’s website, partner pages, LinkedIn, Microsoft Bookings, Calendly, and the Untangl Trust Center. We do not run those sites. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting the new text on this page and changing the effective date. If you keep using the sites after a later version takes effect, the new version applies.
